Registration fees are not waived for presenters and all presenters and speakers must register. Registration fees do not include accommodations. Because space is limited, we suggest that you register early to secure one of the limited spaces.

A registration receipt and confirmation will be automatically emailed to you after a successful submission. The following credit cards are accepted: Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

Registration fees include:

  • Attendance at all workshop sessions
  • All refreshment breaks
  • Tuesday Lunch
  • Attendance at all site visits
  • Tuesday Lunch
  • Site visit transportation and lunch (Wednesday)
  • Hosted dinner during Trade Show Social

Cancellation Policy: All refund requests must be made in writing or email to ( by September 1, 2019 for a refund of 80% of the total charge. No cancellations or refunds will be made after that date.
